EIS is seeking a Curriculum Developer to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry by designing, updating, and managing training programs, courseware, and instructional materials.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years developing instructional materials.
- Knowledge of ADDIE model and Bloom’s Taxonomy; experience with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate)
- Aligning curriculum to accreditation standards
Responsibilities
- The Contractor shall design, develop, and update trauma training curricula consistent with Joint Trauma System Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- The Contractor shall develop instructor guides, lesson plans, and student materials for various trauma education programs.
- The Contractor shall integrate adult learning theory, simulation, and scenario-based methods into all instructional products.
- The Contractor shall coordinate content validation and peer review with subject matter experts and QA staff.
- The Contractor shall ensure compliance with DHA learning management system and accreditation standards.

- Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below.
- Approximately 0-5% of travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in multimedia d bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design or related discipline.
