Savvas Learning Company is seeking a Math Curriculum Specialist to support the sales process, advance their K-12 Math products, services, and solutions in the Pacific Market, and develop relationships with educational decision-makers.
Requirements
- Ed-Tech experience required (5+ years), demonstrating expertise in utilizing and presenting digital solutions.
- Expert knowledge of education theory and market trends in K-12 math.
- Expert presenter in the delivery of engaging and informative sales presentations and product orientations. Demonstrate the ability to deliver winning presentations in large and small group presentations.
- Highly proficient with technology skills, including all presentation software and hardware (PC or Mac, whiteboard technology, 1:1 devices) for developing and delivering multimedia presentations both virtually and in-person.
- Ability to quickly grasp and present Savvas technology solutions. Comfortable with the use of technology.
- Understanding of sales campaign strategy, market trends, and the full continuum of Savvas Learning Company services to better understand the customer and audience.
- 5+ years of K-12 education experience to include classroom teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver winning presentations covering all six customer touch points: Exhibits and Conferences, Pre-work and Professional Learning Workshops, Meetings and Campaigns, Sales Presentations, Curriculum Pilot Trainings, and Curriculum Program Activations.
- Partner directly with sales teams and product management to advance Savvas’ Math products, services, and solutions.
- Stay current with Savvas products and services through certification and training processes in order to fully support the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of Savvas Learning Company’s Math print and digital solutions.
- Provide Product Activation training for both new and existing customer accounts and offer professional learning workshops to districts and at conferences.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
- Work closely with Savvas teams including sales, services, and product management to ensure alignment and support and to address and resolve customer satisfaction issues, ensuring overall customer success.

- Candidates must reside in California to be considered for this position as they will be required to attend on-site customer meetings.
- This position will be required to attend on-site customer meetings in California.
- 60% Travel within the territory (California and Hawaii) will be required.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional organizational skills in managing time, communicating effectively, and organizing physical and digital materials to ensure efficient workflow and successful project execution.
