Fanatics Commerce is looking for a Custom Configurator Coordinator to manage technical custom specifications within their internal platform, HomePlate, ensuring custom builds are accurately configured and visually compelling.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and font creation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with coordinate-based design systems.
- Familiarity with dynamic image rendering tools is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Input precise x,y coordinate data into HomePlate to ensure accurate placement of graphics, text, and logos on jersey templates.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and font creation tools to prepare and validate assets for use in the configurator.
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of dynamic image rendering tools to ensure real-time visual accuracy.
- Review and test configurations for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal before final approval.
- Maintain clear documentation of configuration processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Other
- Experience in a technical or creative coordination role, preferably within apparel, sports, or digital customization environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to work outside normal working hours for product launches.
- Passion for sports, jerseys, and customization—UK soccer fandom is a bonus!
- Hybrid work environment with flexibility between 3 days in office and 2 days remote work.
