The gTech Users and Products (gUP) Search Real World Journeys (RWJ) team supports strategic verticals for Search in the travel, food, activities, and finance spaces focused on pre-sales, onboarding, reactive/proactive support, tooling and dashboards, and consultative services. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in the Technical Solutions job family to build and support internal and external facing tools and dashboards. You will also interact with cross-functional stakeholders globally across multiple functional areas in Google. You will prioritize feature requests and work with the team to develop and launch solutions working closely with legal and compliance teams. - 2 years of experience in a people management, or a supervisory/team leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role for engineering teams.
- Ability to navigate organizational issues to drive delivery of cross-functional projects.
