QuidelOrtho is seeking a Customer Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer information systems data in accordance with Master Data Management (MDM) policies and procedures, validating manually processed orders and supporting audits.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities
- SAP order data ownership (including accuracy and validity) utilizing established controls and communications.
- Reviews and validates manually processed orders received via phone or email.
- Collects all the documentation needed and initiates sign off.
- Corporate Audit support of revenue narrative.
- Help coordinate audit sample requirements and collaborate the facilitation of communication/meetings with the Corporate Audit team and represent customer service in ongoing internal and external audits proceedings.
- Reviews and monitors customer service calls/emails against call recordings to ensure the highest quality service is being provided and escalates coaching opportunities to supervisor.
- Review, creation and updating of SOP’s/WKI’s as required and facilitate process improvement activities
Other
- High School Diploma Required
- 1 - 3 years in a customer facing role or equivalent experiences.
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Skilled at handling pressure with professionalism and poise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service delivery.
- May be required to work holidays, weekends and Over-time
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
- Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel.
