Connected Aviation is transforming the future of flight by streamlining and automating internal workflows and customer support systems using ServiceNow. The company is looking for a Principal Specialist in Customer Data Management to be at the heart of this transformation, shaping how the business operates and ensuring the ServiceNow platform is accurate, clear, and usable.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with data analysis and/or data reporting
  • Prior ServiceNow experience, including system administrator
  • Prior experience working with a digital technology workflow system, ie. Salesforce, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and maintaining clean, accurate business data in ServiceNow
  • Developing and implementing governance processes to ensure long-term data quality
  • Collaborating with teams to standardize data processes and best practices
  • Designing and delivering user training for reporting and data use within ServiceNow
  • Validating data in UAT and production environments
  • Supporting the creation and review of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases
  • Onboarding & Supporting ServiceNow users as Subject Matter Expert
