The company is looking to solve the problem of managing customer data integrations and ensuring seamless API and EDI communications.
Requirements
- Leadership experience required (leadership of software development team preferred)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- B.S. in CS/MIS/Related
Responsibilities
- Use independent judgement to analyze, design and develop customer EDI integrations, including communication setup, map editing and business rule processes
- Exercise discretion to create and maintain documentation of customer/trading partner contacts, custom requirements and integration details
- Coordinate testing of customer integrations and change requests
- Monitor and correct problems related to EDI processes and configurations
- Provide integration support for the Dayton Freight API, validating proper setup and use when applicable
- Create and maintain the setup of customer “send image” processes
- Maintain and upgrade software and systems when appropriate
Other
- Lead, mentor and develop the Customer Integration team to ensure high performance and collaboration
- Manage schedules, training, workload, payroll and performance of all direct reports
