LinkSquares is looking to solve the problem of managing contracts efficiently across legal, finance, HR, and procurement teams by providing an AI-powered contract lifecycle management platform. The role is focused on supporting customers who use the Integrations Marketplace to drive business value and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with CRM Operations (SFDC, HubSpot) or APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript a plus.
- Familiarity with some Salesforce Admin knowledge: Settings, Flows, Object Management, and Dev Console.
- Experience managing multiple projects and requests.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-4+ years relevant experience in integrations, implementation, support, sales engineering, or technical problem-solving within a SaaS business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce and API configurations, provide technical guidance, support and instruction on best practices.
- Facilitate Discovery and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a proactive and organized project manager, guiding new clients through the integration process and shortening time-to-value.
- Collaborate across LinkSquares internal teams to strategize on designing and executing upon integration milestones.
- Support and troubleshoot functional issues in relation to LinkSquares Integrations.
- Facilitate touchpoints and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and contribute to voice-of-the-customer based on the day-to-day life of our users and expertise in users’ software ecosystem.
