Repair and maintain Trimble products, provide technical support for Trimble distribution partners and customers, and conduct technical training meetings.
Requirements
- Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices
- Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment
- Capable of understanding and following written guidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience conducting instructor-led technical training seminars
Responsibilities
- Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times
- Read, understand, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products.
- Attend service training in both formal class room and “On the Job” bench training environments.
- Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs.
- Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate.
- Achieve established productivity matrices.
