Trimble is looking to solve the problem of repairing and maintaining their products, providing technical support to distribution partners and customers, and conducting technical training meetings.
Requirements
- Experience with diagnosing and repairing electromechanical devices
- Familiar with basic electronic theory and electronic test equipment
- Strong computer skills
- Experience conducting instructor-led technical training seminars
- Capable of understanding and following written guidelines and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products
- Capable of working with limited supervision
- 2 yr. Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times
- Read, understand, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products
- Attend service training in both formal class room and “On the Job” bench training environments
- Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction
- Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs
- Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate
- Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses
