Concentrix is looking to solve the business problem of providing expert customer service and support to developers, answering general questions, resolving errors, and helping to navigate Worldwide Developer Community (WWDC) inquiries.
Requirements
- Utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day
- Pass technical assessments to show those skills
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for developer needs and relations using available tools & resources.
- Help developers resolve minor technical issues.
- Maintain and own ongoing contact needs via phone, email, text & video.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
Other
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED, with preference of college degree work.
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting customers via a combination of phone, email, &/or chat.
- Live within 35 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
