Predictive Sales AI is looking for a Customer Success Manager-AI to help clients leverage their AI-driven software and digital marketing solutions to transform the home services industry, increase efficiency, and unlock growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager, including setting up, managing, and optimizing various campaign types.
- Experience writing, testing, and analyzing paid social ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
- Fundamental understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including search marketing principles.
Responsibilities
- Coach clients on developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing Facebook Ad campaigns. This includes guiding them through ad setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative best practices, and continuous performance analysis (CTR, ROI, cost per lead, etc.).
- Become an expert in the PSAI platform's full suite of AI-driven tools and features. Educate clients on how to integrate the software effectively into their digital marketing strategy to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Regularly review client campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement. Work collaboratively to adjust strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives.
- Advise clients on holistic digital marketing strategies, emphasizing how our AI tools can enhance their paid social efforts and overall lead generation.
- Partner closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams. Provide valuable client feedback to inform product enhancements, share best practices, and contribute to client success stories and educational content.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand service utilization and present relevant new features, services, and upgrades that align with evolving client needs.

- Be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, and proactively addressing any concerns to foster continued success with the PSAI platform.
- 2+ years of dedicated Customer Success Management experience.
- Direct experience dealing with clients, ideally in a B2B or B2C setting.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a diverse client portfolio effectively.
- Customer service-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
