Medtronic is looking to solve the problem of effectively training healthcare professionals on their Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology to ensure proper usage and champion healthcare access and equity.
Requirements
- Experience in robotic surgery, capital equipment or equivalent technology
- Proven experience training on complex topics and/or technology
- Clinical and/or operating room experience required
- High capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver training courses to Health Care Professionals (HCP) at designated training partner facilities.
- Support RAS System troubleshooting at the training center
- Manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars in conjunction with key stakeholders
- In conjunction with training center staff, maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and reprocessing of instruments and accessories
- Work with the marketing and sales training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs
- Establish relationships with designated external training entities in targeted global geographies

- This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts.
- This role will require 50% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
