Medtronic is looking to train surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology to champion healthcare access and equity.
Requirements
- Experience in robotic surgery, capital equipment or equivalent technology
- Proven experience training on complex topics and/or technology
- Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
- Clinical and/or operating room experience required
Responsibilities
- Deliver training courses to Health Care Professionals (HCP) at designated training partner facilities.
- Support RAS System troubleshooting at the training center
- Manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars in conjunction with key stakeholders
- In conjunction with training center staff, maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and reprocessing of instruments and accessories
- Deliver Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology training to surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff from a variety of surgical specialties aligned with the core strategy.
- Actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs
- Provide support for customer training and training research initiatives.

- This role will require 50% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
