Requirements
- Engage stakeholders to understand the key talent / workforce questions and problems to be addressed
Responsibilities
- Approves that designed system solutions are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.
- Develops and implements new processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Recommends solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Recommends long-term improvements and changes to organization’s IT systems to support future business direction and growth.
- Design storyboards, reports, tools, etc as proofs of concept
- Partner with internal TIAA teams to develop, test and deploy products
- Make recommendations for new content and insights that could be delivered to HR leaders

- Perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties.
- Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
- This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
- The anticipated term of this engagement will be 2 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
