ICF is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Development Team Lead to help secure and protect the Nation’s critical infrastructure resilience by leading cybersecurity and resilience communications, digital and creative efforts.
Requirements
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, Generative AI platforms, and CRM dashboards.
- Basic understanding of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and resources available including the ability to cross-reference internal CTI with commercial vendor data.
- Awareness of cybersecurity policies, emerging threats, and current events, particularly those impacting critical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity policy, emerging threats, and current events, with an understanding of issues impacting critical infrastructure.
- Experience supporting the authoring and writing of cybersecurity documents and materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain program documentation and strategic consultancy support to federal government senior leadership.
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity product development efforts by advising on prioritization, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and coordinated team operations across technical writing and editorial functions.
- Provide senior-level supervision of support staff responsible for preparing, designing, and publishing cybersecurity guidance for a broad national and international audience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of and progress reports across operational priorities and active product development efforts.
- Receive and provide informed advice derived from attending meetings with cybersecurity SMEs and stakeholders.
- Communicate accurate and timely updates to federal leadership on task status and deliverables pertaining to mission objectives.
- Independently and proactively identify inefficiencies, continuously refine workflows, and implement process improvements that enhance both federal and support staff operation.

- Position is hybrid, must be located in National Capital Region and able to commute to 1 – 2 days a week to client site in Arlington, VA.
- Active SCI clearance.
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in people and program management, with a proven track record of excellence in federal contract oversight.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments, managing multiple concurrent efforts and adapting to dynamically shifting priorities.
