Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Software Senior Engineer to support multiple programs within the IWSS organization by developing and integrating cyber capabilities into Linux-based tactical systems.
Requirements
- Proficient in Linux command line and Linux troubleshooting
- Security+, Linux+, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevSecOps practices
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as Ansible, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with cybersecurity principles and systems engineering
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities will include the full scope of the systems engineering process with a focus in cyber capability development and integration.
- Tasking will include requirements development and analysis, capability design documentation, product selection, development, integration, regression testing, and delivery of cyber capability solutions to IWSS program's Linux based tactical systems.

- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government DoD clearance at the Secret level.
- The ability to travel up to 10%.
