Peraton is seeking a Software Engineer to join our high-impact cyber mission team in Annapolis Junction, MD, to develop an innovative tool to support the HCI Transition Team, empowering them with real-time visibility, operational metrics, and streamlined workflows.
Requirements
- Proficient in: Docker, Nginx, JavaScript, Git, Linux, HTML/CSS, Python, Angular
- Experience with: AWS and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with: MongoDB, Vue 3
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a customized tool to automate manual tracking processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership in building dashboards and systems that deliver real-time metrics and performance indicators to key stakeholders.
- Support data mining and research efforts across a variety of toolsets to improve situational awareness and decision-making.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful software solutions.

- 14+ years as a Software Engineer on projects of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required
