Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
- Strong programming and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with CyberLife.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Support a team of software engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development.
- Contribute to the software engineering strategy and participate in technology discussions and assessments.
- Manage project tasks, priorities, and timelines to ensure goals are met.
- Track project resources and budgets, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Some experience in leadership, mentoring, or team coordination.
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
- Hybrid: The selected candidate will be required to report to the nearest DXC office.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
