Value Aligners is an ecosystem built to disrupt the cybersecurity distribution channel in favor of SMBs by aligning incentives across buyers, vendors, and service partners; it is more than a marketplace, enabling end-to-end discovery, evaluation, and value realization for cybersecurity solutions. The system helps consumers quickly find the right cybersecurity solution while enabling vendors to present products effectively and track outcomes from consumer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework, ideally React.
- Familiarity with C-Sharp or another backend language and comfort learning .NET 9 patterns.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP fundamentals for client–server integration.
- Exposure to relational databases and SQL, with interest in schema design and migrations.
- Experience with Zustand, Shadcn UI, or design systems and component libraries.
- Hands-on .NET Entity Framework experience and basic testing (unit/integration) practices.
- Azure familiarity (Static Web Apps, Containers, CI/CD) or similar cloud experience.
Responsibilities
- Build user-facing features in React with Shadcn UI and TypeScript, ensuring accessible, performant, and consistent UX using component-driven development.
- Implement client state with Zustand patterns for reliable real-time UI updates and predictable data flows.
- Develop secure REST APIs in .NET 9 with C-Sharp and Entity Framework, following clean architecture and OWASP-aligned best practices.
- Integrate JWT-based authentication and authorization for protected routes, sessions, and role-based access.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server schemas, migrations, and queries to support products, vendors, users, and reporting.
- Contribute to Azure deployments: Static Web Apps for frontend, Containers for backend services, and CI/CD basics.
- Collaborate on AI-powered features using Azure OpenAI for insights, assessments, and workflow acceleration.
