InfoDefense is seeking to grow its cybersecurity capabilities and provide industry experience to junior, senior, or recently graduated cyber security students in the latest security methods and technology.
Requirements
- Linux Bash and Python Scripting
- Networking
- Microsoft Windows (including Active Directory)
- Firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and malware protection technology
- Network vulnerability testing
- Encryption Technologies such as IPSEC and SSL
- Network+, CCNA, or Security+ certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Network Security (including firewalls and NIDS/NIPS)
- Identity & Access Management (including single sign-on, public key infrastructure, privileged access management)
- Security Information & Event Management
- Endpoint Threat Protection Technologies
- Cyber Incident Response Planning, Training, and Execution
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (including policies, standards, procedures, risk analysis)
- Security Audit and Assessment
Other
- Seeking an associates, bachelor, or master's degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, or a related discipline
- Must devote approximately 24 hours per week to successfully complete the program
- Must live within the Dallas/Fort Worth area
- Must submit to background checks prior to beginning work
- Must have a home office environment and Internet connectivity to enable remote work
