Jabil is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Management Intern to coordinate with technical resources in the Global Cybersecurity & IT Compliance organization to guide planning and timelines, schedule project team meetings, and document weekly project updates. The intern will be responsible for Level 4 projects that improve existing business processes and systems, support implementations, organize training sessions, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Interest in project management tools and methodologies.
- Microsoft Office, ServiceNow fluency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage Level 4 projects, schedules, budgets, and risks.
- Coordinate implementation and validation activities.
- Report project status, issues and implemented solutions as well as evaluations and assessments of the results.
- Management of Resource capacity and time tracking allocated to the project.
- Drive relevant, concise and effective communication through a variety of mediums.
- Provide administrative support to Senior Project Manager.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
