Requirements
- Proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling and dashboard creation
- Experience with SQL Server, including coding and procedural development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks platforms
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Exposure to event streaming platforms such as Kafka
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing analytics platform components leveraging Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and PowerBI
- Collaborate with senior architects and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support the development and optimization of data models and pipelines to facilitate accurate and timely data exchange
- Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of data platforms to ensure high efficiency and reliability
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the modernization of data exchange processes and enhance platform scalability
- Create and design dashboards in PowerBI, adhering to best practices for data visualization and usability
Other
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience working within or with the healthcare insurance industry
