Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to productionalize scripts for recurring technology and operations analyses.
- Experience integrating data from multiple systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP, APIs) and blending for holistic analysis.
- Intermediate knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python or R) for automation, data engineering, or advanced analytics.
- Strong understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics to support system performance analysis and optimization.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau to create intuitive dashboards for monitoring and decision support.
- Experience summarizing large datasets to highlight key technology and supply chain insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data products including dashboards, analyses, and insights that support supply chain technology initiatives such as automation, system integration, and real-time visibility.
- Partner with supply chain and technology stakeholders to identify performance gaps and build tools that support diagnostics, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop scalable, end-to-end data pipelines and analytics platforms.
- Support the implementation of best practices, standards, and governance for supply chain data and technology solutions.
- Provide high-quality recommendations to improve system performance, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-wide supply chain KPIs and technology-enabled planning tools.
- Present insights to leadership through compelling, data-driven storytelling.
Other
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or technology environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data governance and supply chain technology platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP, Manhattan, custom-built systems) is a plus.
- Familiarity with operational and financial KPIs relevant to supply chain and technology performance is a plus.
