Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI or similar reporting and analytics software
- Experience with sales automation tools and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and metrics
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement automated solutions for reporting and operational tasks
- Experience working closely with IT teams to define technical requirements and support system enhancements
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and operations is a plus
- Tableau Dashboards experience
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance regular and ad-hoc sales reports
- Analyze and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights
- Create and manage dashboards and visualizations to track key sales metrics
- Design and implement automated processes and models to streamline reporting and data collection
- Develop automated solutions to enhance data accuracy and ensure timely reporting
- Work closely with IT to define system requirements and specifications for sales operations
- Partner with IT to oversee the development, testing, and implementation of new systems, tools, or process changes
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data sets
