Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform with its loyalty currency FanCash and loyalty program Fanatics ONE. The Data Analyst III will serve as the analytics partner for the Loyalty Benefits team, providing the data, insights, and forecasting that power their portfolio of gifting, marketplace rewards, and member experiences for Fanatics ONE and FanCash utility. This analyst will forecast demand, measure adoption, and track ROI on reinvestment strategies, ensuring Fanatics ONE delivers differentiated value while maintaining cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred) and Excel/Sheets; skilled in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with list generation, targeting, or segmentation for loyalty or marketing campaigns.
- Experience with forecasting, ROI modeling, and benefit/offer analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working across multiple data sources (internal + vendor).
Responsibilities
- Forecast benefit demand and gifting volumes across tiers, campaigns, and seasonal moments, incorporating growth trends and targeted reinvestment levels.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track benefit adoption, fulfillment KPIs, spend vs. budget, and member sentiment.
- Partner with the Benefits team to pull and validate gifting lists, ensuring the right fans are selected for benefits and targeted campaigns.
- Partner with the partnerships team to measure ROI of marketplace activations, sweepstakes, and experiential benefits.
- Analyze customer preference and survey data to surface insights that guide benefit design and personalization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency, validating inputs across internal systems and external vendors.
- Package insights into reporting for Loyalty leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

- 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related field, ideally in loyalty, e-commerce, gaming, or consumer programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
