Imbibe is looking to build scalable and effective business intelligence solutions as the company moves to a modern data architecture.
Requirements
- Expertise in Power BI with a history of building performant dashboards.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric/OneLake and cloud data platforms.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT best practices and source-to-report workflows.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL development, and BI/reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Salesforce, or Formulator (preferred).
- Prior experience in a CPG or process manufacturing environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using curated, governed datasets from Microsoft Fabric.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to transform data in the Silver and Gold layers of Fabric.
- Support the migration of legacy SQL views (ImbibeTools) to modern Fabric-based pipelines and Lakehouse structures.
- Contribute to ongoing automation efforts using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Fabric pipelines.
- Help drive the transition from a centralized BI model to a hybrid model that empowers business users.
- Iterate on reports based on stakeholder feedback using a structured enhancement cycle.
- Maintain awareness of source systems, including Nav, Formulator, Salesforce, and SharePoint.

- Collaborate with department leads to define metrics and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Align all work with Imbibe's data governance principles and standardized metric definitions.
- Document dataset logic, data source dependencies, and business rules for scalability and self-service use.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with time management and attention to detail.
- Primarily office-based; hybrid work environment may be considered.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary seated position ~75% of the time.
