Requirements
- 4+ years of SQL experience with large, complex datasets
- 3+ years collaborating across multiple departments
- Proven experience building analytical models that flow into business intelligence tools
- Track record of creating visualizations and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Experience with predictive modeling using statistical methods or AI-assisted approaches
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, or a similar field
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics projects from initial stakeholder conversations through model deployment
- Build and maintain SQL models on large, complex healthcare datasets
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Looker
- Design predictive models for risk adjustment and quality measures using statistical methods and AI-assisted approaches
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand the true business need behind requests and deliver solutions
- Continuously optimize analytical processes through automation and adoption of new technologies in our analytics stack
