Requirements
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with spreadsheets or data visualization tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with additional tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel) is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering data from various sources, including databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and external platforms (e.g., Brightcove, Adobe). Use SQL or other query languages to efficiently pull data and ensure data is relevant and accessible.
- Support in organizing and handling structured and unstructured datasets. Ensure data integrity by cleaning and transforming data as needed. Optimize data workflows to streamline analysis and maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Identify and resolve data errors, handle missing values, and format data to ensure it is properly structured for analysis.
- Apply logical and analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data, and extract actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist in basic scripting and utilizing automation tools to streamline data processing, reporting, or alerting. Help reduce manual workload by automating repetitive tasks.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear, digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders. Use visual storytelling (e.g., charts, graphs) to effectively communicate findings.
- Maintain clear, organized documentation for data sources, queries, dashboards, and analyses to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the technology professional services industry is preferred.
