Zwicker & Associates, P.C. needs a Data Analyst to create, analyze, maintain, and present comprehensive real-time industry dashboards to protect their legal interests nationwide and represent lenders in various consumer and commercial recovery efforts and litigation.
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst, preferably in a financial setting
- Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Strong SQL or Excel skills, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques, preferably within a financial background
Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, maintain, and present comprehensive real-time industry dashboards
- Perform data analysis, create reports and dashboards, and present findings to management
- Collect key point indicators/industry metrics
- Identify actionable trends
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
- Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization

- Excellent communication skills
- Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
- Present findings to senior leadership
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and other third-party debt collection laws
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
