Our Charlotte-local client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the data/business intelligence team supporting various stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Skilled in Alteryx Designer, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL
Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and semi-structured data to find trends and opportunities
- Create and manage dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Present insights with clear business recommendations
- Build and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet analytical needs
Other
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Clear communicator with ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
