The Eagle Lake Children’s Center needs a Data Analyst to manage database and data tracking activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with contract and program policies.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate proficiency in Google tools
- Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken language skills) preferred
Responsibilities
- Create new cases in the program case management database.
- Ensure cases are kept up to date in all databases according to contract and program policy.
- Report monthly program data outcomes and create reports based on raw data.
- Ensure data entry compliance and maintain program records.
- Assist with the design, collection and tracking of programmatic outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Comply with policies and procedures governing the program and ensure that the program is operating at maximum efficiency.
Other
- Must be at least 21 years old or older.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Undergraduate degree in IT or social work, social sciences, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable or migrant populations; 3 years preferred.
- Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% of time.
