Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting
- Advanced Tableau skills, with the ability to build complex, interactive dashboards and manage multiple data sources
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as Amazon S3, Redshift, or Snowflake
- Experience across the entire data ecosystem—from data warehouses to marketing channels
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager to develop, automate, and scale reports and dashboards utilizing data from our Redshift warehouse
- Manage and maintain the Tableau ecosystem, including dashboard creation, data source management, and administrative governance
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets effectively
- Utilize Python for data wrangling, automation, and exploratory analysis to support reporting needs
- Partner with stakeholders across departments such as operations, marketing, strategy, and finance to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting platforms
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency
Other
- 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and clarity
- Experience working in a multi-unit environment is a plus
- Curious, collaborative, and technically proficient
