Requirements
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or similar BI platforms
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL, and dashboard design best practices
- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data sets is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, clean, and transform data from Snowflake and other data sources.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to uncover trends, identify outliers, and support strategic planning.
- Monitor data pipelines and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Create documentation for data processes, report logic, and data definitions to ensure transparency and repeatability.
- Collaborate with IT and system owners to enhance data accessibility, streamline reporting processes, and develop centralized data models.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, audits, and regulatory reporting.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with departments to gather reporting requirements, validate results, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Compliance with bank policies, data governance standards, and applicable regulations related to data privacy and integrity
