At Spectrum, the Business Planning & Workforce Management Team needs to create actionable budgets, forecasts, and engagement strategies that support the needs of customers and employees, and a Data Analyst is required to manage specific data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or more
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to quickly identify business problems & opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Conducting data analysis in support of analytic solutions
- Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
- Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders
- Identifying and defining data quality improvements
- Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
- Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
