ManTech seeks to provide strategic planning, advanced data analytics, and special project support for ongoing deployment operations within the customer’s Volunteer Deployment Team (NVDT) by transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to make informed mission decisions in real time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization software (Tableau required)
- Familiarity with DoD and IC operations and interagency relationships
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Prior National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) experience
- Knowledge of DoD deployed environments and operations
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage a knowledge portal utilizing Tableau to centralize and visualize operational data.
- Analyze and structure deployment-related data to improve future collection methods and operational support.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and metrics that update with new data, driving improvements in operational performance.
- Create spatially enabled dashboards that display assets, equipment, personnel, cargo, and supply locations worldwide.
- Identify and build data trends to support forecasting and mission planning.
- Collaborate with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) partners to align deployment capabilities and requirements.
- Provide expert analysis and briefings to senior leadership (SES, DISL, and Flag Officer levels) at update and status meetings.
Other
- 11+ years of relevant experience in a functional or cross-functional business/mission area (government or industry)
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of additional equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to brief and engage senior DoD/IC leadership
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Polygraph
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
