QED Enterprises is seeking a Data Analyst to support PARM communications by collecting, reviewing, and maintaining acquisition and operational performance data, developing performance reporting and dashboards, and presenting data in digestible formats.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) year's experience in data collection, analytics, and reporting
- At least five (5) year's experience and a strong understanding of program/project management and performance metrics'
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, visualization, and data analysis tools
- Must have computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in a government contracting environment preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of general financial accounting and cost accounting and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
- Analytical ability: Ability to independently recognize and diagnose problems, exercise judgment in arriving at logical conclusions, and follow-through with timely action
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and maintain acquisition and operational performance data
- Develop performance reporting and dashboards, including trend/outlier analysis
- Present data in clear, reliable, and visually digestible formats
- Coordinate with DHS stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of metrics and recommend improvements
- Performs other related duties as assigned
