Requirements
- Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and Python
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and data visualization software
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Developing analytic solutions for internal teams and external clients on topics including business development, patient engagement, and outcomes measurement
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data quality and readiness for analysis
- Creating and implementing statistical models to identify trends, patterns, and insights within complex data sets
- Designing clear and compelling visualizations and reports using tools such as Metabase to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and decision-making
- Contributing to the enhancement of existing data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and reliability through feedback and direct modifications
- Identifying and integrating new data sources to expand analytical capabilities

- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, statistics, or a related field
