RNGD is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making within the Accounting department. This role aims to improve data accuracy, integrity, and usability to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Familiarity with DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with ERPs
- Developing Power BI and Crystal reports
- Exploring and implementing data management solutions leveraging AI/ML
- Writing SQL queries to pull data from a Snowflake database
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Crystal reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs within the Accounting team
- Create and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from the Snowflake database, enhancing data extraction efficiency
- Explore and implement data management solutions leveraging AI/ML to improve data collection, quality, governance, and overall data practices
- Manage and optimize accounting processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for audits and financial reporting
- Apply expertise in SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks to extract and manipulate data effectively
- Leverage Power BI, Crystal Reports, DAX, and Power Query to create interactive and insightful reports and dashboards
- Work closely with the Accounting team to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
