Support business intelligence initiatives, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to strategic insights that drive operational excellence for our client's Employee Benefits Resource Team
Requirements
- Proficiency in BI Reporting Tools and Data Warehouse analysis (Power BI, SQL)
- Advanced knowledge of Power Query and Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Utilize Power Query to transform and prepare data for analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent education and/or experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage heavy workloads under tight deadlines
