The organization needs to improve operational efficiency, strategic planning, and overall performance through data-driven decision-making. The Hybrid Data Analyst will contribute to analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Requirements
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access, BI platforms).
- Familiarity with data governance, regulatory compliance, and access control preferred.
- Relevant certifications in data management, analytics, or process improvement (e.g., CDMP, Six Sigma, CSCP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gathers, cleanses, and prepares data from various sources ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Conducts descriptive, exploratory, and statistical analyses using appropriate software and analytical techniques.
- Writes and executes SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
- Develops and delivers regular reports and dashboards summarizing key findings and performance indicators.
- Supports data governance and compliance by contributing to data quality initiatives and process documentation.
- Participates in data-related projects, including those focused on security, access management, and data standards.
- Communicates insights and recommendations through clear visualizations and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical area, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, program management, or relevant support services required
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, data governance, or program management preferred
- Proficient in oral/written communication and data storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
