Ageless Men's Health is looking to improve healthcare outcomes through data analytics
Requirements
- Experience in PowerBi, Phreesia or Azalea a plus
- Familiarity with reporting software
- Understanding of database design and construction
- Strong understanding in healthcare data and medical terminology
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Responsibilities
- Collecting, mining, and interpreting data from various sources
- Develops algorithms to interpret data and adherence to company protocol
- Maintains current and accurate knowledge of data storage and management best practices
- Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to gather company-wide information and ensure accuracy
- Conducts in-depth data analysis to identify trends
- Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the database to provide reports to, and answer questions from, upper management
Other
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read patient charts a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, required
- At least 1 year post-graduate relevant work experience in Data Analytics, required, and 3 years preferred
