The Credit Risk Analytics team needs a Data Analyst to aggregate, manipulate, and summarize large datasets to produce actionable insights that drive company growth and profitability, guiding credit strategy, optimizing risk management, and contributing to broader company performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong SQL proficiency for querying, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Advanced level of MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data tables.
- Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within Tableau highly preferred.
- In depth understanding of data collection, data flow management, data manipulation, data archiving and data standards.
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to monitor business KPIs such as approval rates, delinquency rates, default rates, and portfolio performance.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and ad hoc reports to empower stakeholders across credit, risk, and business teams with real-time insights.
- Gain a deep understanding of our data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity across multiple databases and systems.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance data workflows and reporting efficiency.
- Ownership of monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders, leveraging SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools as required.

- 2+ years of professional work experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a similar data-driven environment.
