Humana is seeking an experienced Informaticist 2 / Data Analyst to support its medication adherence initiatives, applying advanced expertise in data analytics, modeling, optimization, and analytical tools to enhance organizational performance and contribute to revenue growth and improved outcomes.
Requirements
- Proficient coding in languages like Python, SAS, and/or C++
- Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred technologies such as Databricks, Python, Power BI, or similar tools
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with data analytics, modeling, optimization, and analytical tools
Responsibilities
- leveraging models to develop, test, and validating initiatives that enhance the quality and effectiveness of organizational interventions
