Support campaign analytics and reporting for Business products and portfolios at Synectics
Requirements
- Deep hands-on technical knowledge with SQL, including query creation, performance optimization, and complex joins of large data sets
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience with large and complex datasets
- Experience in Snowflake and GitHub (preferred)
- Prompt engineering in an analytics context (preferred)
- Experience with hypothesis testing, experimentation, A/B test analytics, multivariate testing, statistical significance (preferred)
- Identity graph experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Problem identification, data sourcing/wrangling, query development, data exploration, data visualization, and campaign performance optimization recommendations & hypothesis-testing
- Translating marketer questions into technical analysis, developing clear data-founded storytelling around actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Visually attractive and functionally efficient executive dashboard design and optimization in Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Query creation, performance optimization, and complex joins of large data sets using SQL
- Developing clear data-founded storytelling around actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Executive storytelling, presentations
Other
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, electrical engineering, physics, Marketing Information Systems (MKIS), etc.) or equivalent experience
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience in management consulting
- Proactive and anticipatory problem solver
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)
- Experience within high tech, software, and/or wireless/telecom industry is highly desired
