Continued is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to optimize processes, improve business intelligence, develop KPIs, and enhance stakeholder communication by transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Segment, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Pendo
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards and visualizations, primarily in Tableau
- Measure and report on key marketing, sales, product, and operational metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and engagement levels
- Design and implement automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across departments
- Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and troubleshooting data discrepancies
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with data engineers and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals through data insights

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
