Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to develop reports that reveal key business trends and insights
- Create, update, and maintain standard dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making processes
- Apply basic statistical techniques and data manipulation methods to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure the accuracy of reports
- Develop written reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively to various audiences
- Support routine and semi-routine analysis projects with minimal supervision
- Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Exercise discretion when handling sensitive or confidential customer information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
