Cella is seeking a Data Reporting Specialist to maintain and enhance its reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and reports that support critical business functions. The role involves managing multiple reporting cycles and collaborating with IT to develop a data lake and create new reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Power BI
- Minimum of five years of overall professional experience
- At least two years dedicated to Power BI dashboard creation, maintenance, and enhancement
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in building dashboards
- Working with various report requests
- Understanding data visualization principles
Responsibilities
- Update daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Enhance existing reports and dashboards by integrating new features and functionalities to improve usability and insights.
- Develop new dashboards as required to support various business functions and stakeholders.
- Create ad hoc reports to address specific business inquiries and support decision-making processes.
- Serve as a backup for other team members, ensuring continuity in reporting operations.
- Partner with the IT department to develop and optimize the department's data lake, facilitating efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, ask insightful questions, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
