Requirements
- Proficiency in data management, compilation, and reporting tools
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting platforms
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and mathematical modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-standard data processing tools
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Preferred: 7-9 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced analytics and quantitative methods to support business decision-making processes
- Manage data compilation, data management, and data analysis activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources, including internal systems and external applications
- Develop and implement processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending key data metrics
- Create comprehensive, clear reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and stakeholders
- Design and test information tools, algorithms, and queries to optimize business performance
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences
