Colliers' Facilities Management (FM) team needs a Data Analyst to ensure financial accuracy in budget and spend reporting, identify trends in spend categories, and provide data-driven recommendations for budget adjustments to support the growth of the business.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office suite proficient – especially higher Excel expertise – required.
- Oracle proficiency – preferred.
- Experience Or Education In Data Analytics – Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation of spend data to ensure that spend is accurately hitting the correct FM budget reporting and individual Facilities Consultant budgets.
- Partnership with Facilities Consultants and broader FM regional teams to identify, track and reconcile incorrectly applied spend and budget issues.
- This role will use available data to identify, organize, and track trends and will have responsibility for making conclusions, presenting findings, and making recommendations for any necessary budget or program adjustments.
- Provide support with developing reports and presentations based on ongoing budget management.
- This role will work to make recommendations on appropriate budget distribution for a wide spectrum of over 2600 restaurants under the entire FM portfolio.
- This role will require direct interaction with Facilities Consultants, Lead Advisors, Budget Program Lead, and other FM roles to partner on financial forensics in a dynamic atmosphere.

- High School graduate required; College degree preferred
- Passion around budget management, spreadsheets, and data investigation – preferred.
- Financial acumen – preferred.
